The table below shows the UGC NET Application Fee for each category for the December 2025 cycle. Pay the fee online as per your category to ensure your registration form is accepted.

UGC NET December Application Fee Important Points

• The application fee can be paid online only.
• Payment modes include Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Paytm via the official NTA payment gateway.
• Additional processing charges on Debit/Credit Cards will be debited as per bank norms.
• Use SBI / HDFC / Syndicate / ICICI gateways for payment.
• The Confirmation Page will only be generated after successful payment.
• If the Confirmation Page is not generated, contact the concerned bank/payment gateway for refund of duplicate/multiple payments.
• If the payment status shows not OK, the transaction is cancelled and refunded within a week; you must pay again.
• Keep a copy of the fee payment proof for your records.
• Payment by money order, demand draft, IPO, etc., will be rejected.
• The application fee is non-refundable and must be paid before the deadline.

How to Submit UGC NET December Application Fee?

After filling your application form, complete the payment online to finalize your registration. Follow the steps below:

1. Select Online Payment and click “Proceed for Payment”.
2. Select the payment provider and click “Proceed for Payment”.
3. Fill all details in the payment gateway and submit.
4. On successful payment, save or print the Transaction ID page for future reference.
5. Finally, download the filled application form and take a print copy for records.
